My middle name is Anthony. I know like 3 or 4 girls with the middle name Marie, the thing is they always say it with their first name so you’re forced to know.

^ Haha. It appears everyone’s parents are the same. This is really weird. What is with the obsession with Marie? Yes, it’s a pretty name, but is it THAT pretty?

^ It’s a throw back. In European countries, almost EVERYONE had Mary, Marie, or Maria in their names (Virgin Mary).

Trust me, I’m doing my family tree. French people named all their kids Marie ______ Last name and Joseph (or the French equivalent that I can’t remember) _______ Last name. It’s so annoying -.-

If MD/DC had the best basketball in the nation than Oak Hill wouldn’t rely on OOS mercenaries. LA and New York are where you’ll find the biggest stars. You’ve got Westchester and Fairfax, Crenshaw had some stars way back when, Comptons Dominguez and Centennial have have had some great players (and Compton High ain’t too shabby either), and then there’s Artesia and Mater Dei in the Southern Section. Heck, even Hami and SaMo have produced a couple legends. I can’t tell you much about NY, but just Kareem to the recent guys from Lincoln will tell you enough.

Oak Hill is in Virginia and gets all it’s players from MD/DC, which is close, but not in state. Can we not start another 25 page thread about high school sports.
Fun Fact: Middle name is Forrest, Forrest Gump came out on my Birthday and my parents said they didn’t name me after the movie.

Brandon Jennings was the starting PG at Oak Hill for two years…

Straight outta Compton

Marcus Williams was the starting PG for Oak Hill for a year…

Played his first 3 years at Crenshaw

Malik Story played with Brandon Jennings at Oak Hill…

After starting for Artesia High alongside Renardo Sidney and James Harden

Heck, even the mo$t of the guy$ that were from the DC area originally $tarted out at other $chool$ before tran$ferring to Oak Hill. I wonder why they $hould think it’$ a good deci$ion.
