I am a high school dropout with good to great GED scores. I am transferring in 57 credits (27 from community college, 30 from Cal U of PA) with a 4.0, but I’ve yet to take a math course. I have 3 withdrawals, all in the same semester due to a good reason. I’ve taken 2 semesters since those W’s and have aced both. My dad graduated from Pitt law school, if that makes a difference. I will be majoring in Political Science. My short answers discuss how I overcame the “high school dropout-college success” dichotomy and I feel they are well written. Any idea if I even have a chance? It’s been my dream to attend Pitt since I was 5.
