Give ME a chance! =)

<p>Bumppp…</p>

<p>…Anyone out there?! :(</p>

<p>Bumpppppp!</p>

<p>if your SAT’s don’t come up, i think you’ll have a hard time getting into UVA, Northwestern, Cornell , Georgetown, UC-Berkeley or USC. you might get into one or two of those. the rest look ok though.</p>

<p>Thanks, I’m really aiming for higher on the October SAT.</p>

<p>Bump!</p>

<p>Bumppppppppp</p>

<p>I feel like your ECs are extremely stretched out and that most of those schools are out out of your reach. However, there are some great business programs at both Simmons and DePauw University that I think would be a great fit.</p>

<p>I kinda agree. Do you have any advice or suggestions to help me narrow it down and have more focus throughout my ECs? However, I think I can safely say I’m very involved with church and my youth group, although that probably won’t cut it.</p>

<p>Since I’m pursuing a major in business/econ, do you think I should get more involved in business-related clubs and activities?</p>

<p>Any input would be appreciated.</p>

<p>lol
@sak09
xtracurriculars:

  • Intern at Wells Fargo Bank (11, 12): Teller, Stage Director, Clerk Assistant
  • Intern at Bethel Youth Ministry (11, 12): 1 of 2 students chosen out of 500 along with his what…4 leadership positions haha he’s definently in at UM, his scores in the 50% range as is his GPA, apply LSA and he’s in.</p>

<p>@OP:
Cornell (AEM) - most likely ED - Ed: high match W/ed lo reach
Northwestern - high match
Georgetown (McDonough) - Reach
NYU (Stern) - high match -
IDK stern’s been iffy this year, my school usually send like 6 kids to stern, last year and this year we got none… lol but don’t worry it’s probably just my region, I think you have a great chance at stern.
USC (Marshall) - in-state ,even if private, solid match.
UVA (OOS) - high match - oos is hard to get in, I think stats are like 21% oos and besides you need to be in UVa for 2 years before applying for their business program… is it worth the risk??? do you really like UVA? their majors??? just some questions to ask yourself.
UC Berkeley - In state Low Reach
UCLA - high match
UCSD - safety
UCI - safety
Carnegie Mellon (Tepper) - high match
Boston College - match
U Michigan (OOS) - low match
Notre Dame (Mendoza) - reach
Villanova - match (I assume you are applying business??)</p>

<p>Thanks fuzzylogic, best/most thorough chance yet! That’s the kind of chance I’m looking for. =)</p>

<p>And yeah, applying business @ Villanova.</p>
