Hey, i was just wondering what universities you think i might have a chance of being accepted into (hopefully if i can do even better when i get a heavier workload next year with more AP's)

I'm a female, white sophomore at a public high school of around 850 kids
9th grade:
4.1 GPA
Varsity tennis team
Key Club
Volunteer at Boys and Girls Club
National Junior Honor Society
Scholars award at my school
all advanced classes

10th grade:
so far, all A's
hopefully in the top 10 of my class
key club
NJHS historian
AP spanish 5
adv. classes
varsity tennis team
this summer i am doing a foreign exchange program, hopefully to spain to enhance my spanish
technical drawing/architect classes
helping out at local hospital
boys and girls club volunteer & committee member
psat's were NOT so hot but i barely answered the questions since i am an extremely slow test taker.. lesson learned?

i was thinking for next year joining the academic quiz team, paired with more AP classes.
(AP bio AP chem AP USH AP English Pre-calc)

i wanted to do a foreign exchange during the year but i might wait for senior yr.
maybe some CISKO classes? or chorus? i really have no idea what could help me but i'm aiming to get into a fairly top notch school with a scholarship so i need all the advice i can get... i've been really freaking out lately.. i love learning and i just want know all that i possibly can.

My advice to you is this:
1) get good grades. so far so good, keep it up. keep challenging yourself with AP's.
2) score well, study early for the SAT's or ACT's. Try and get national merit semifinalist.
3) focus your EC's on what you really love. Start speaking up in class and actively engaging in discussions. If you love science, join a science team, do some research during summer, etc. Maybe instead of foreign exchange you could apply for a summer program at some university (maybe one you hope to attend!) to continue expanding your education. But focus your EC's so that admissions officers can tell what you really love. Show a passion for something.

You're going to want to study and practice for the (P)SAT, especially since you admitted to being a slow test taker. Familiarity with the test really helps and building your test-taking skills should get you a decent score.

If you maintain that GPA and get a good score on the SAT, I'd say you're on track for a top 50 school or ivy.

You need to do some reading and learn about need based financial aid vs merit scholarships. Many of the top schools have great FA, but ONLY if you qualify based on your family's need as THEY calculate it. And if you don't qualify for FA, many of the top schools don't offer merit based scholarships. There are several threads at the top of the FA & Scholarship forum and Parents forum which discuss scholarships at various schools, these are great resources. Talk to your parents early, find out how much they can afford to spend on your college education and have them run FA calculators on the College Board site and on those of individual colleges.
