Give me ideas for ECs?

Here are my current ECs:

-Founder/President of first Feminism club at my school
-Vice President of Social Action on the regional board (whole Northern California area) of Jewish youth group organization
-Vice President of Communications on local youth group board for 1 yr
-Sunday School teachers' assistant 2 yrs
-Volunteer at local homeless shelter
-Forensics/Speech (won a few awards)
-JSA Fundraising Coordinator on state level
-JSA Secretary on chapter cabinet
-Jewish summer camp for 7 years, including a work/community service-based program summer 2012 and a Counselor-In-Training program summer 2013
-Piano 11 yrs (won a couple awards, Certificate of Merit)
-School choir for 3 yrs, String Ensemble for 1 yr

I'm afraid I'm going to need more than this to make me really stand out as an applicant; something that will actually impress them and cause them to overlook a GPA that is below the average of their accepted applicants.
Considering my current ECs to give you a glimpse of the kind of things I am interested in, and as a Political Science major, what other ECs can I participate in that would fit me and my chosen field of study?

You’re mistaken if you think “more is better” It’s quality, not quantity.

Also, no school will overlook less than avg GPA in lieu of ECs (unless you’re a recruited athlete) unless it’s something truly jaw-dropping.

But take heart: most colleges in the US don’t even care about any ECs.

Would it also help that I have a strong upward grade trend and have ADHD which would explain my lower grades, but then I got it together and they improved?
Also how would you say my current ECs are?

*Also I might be helping out with a city council campaign next semester

I’ve always felt that one of the most impressive and realistic things you can do in your free time is get some work experience in the field you hope to major/work in (paid or unpaid). Helping with a city council campaign is a great example. Use your parents and family friends to see if there’s anyone in politics or business you can work for over the summer, even if just doing very basic tasks.

Thank you! Very helpful

I’m also in the process of trying to hold a fundraiser of some sort to donate to the ADA or raise money in support of government funding for mental health services

891: the single most important factor in your college admissions will be your GPA and test scores. Chasing ECs to make up for weaknesses there will ultimately, be detrimental to you. You are better off taking a test prep class than spreading yourself so thin. Like I said, only a VERY small number (the most competitive) of colleges even CARE ONE BIT about your EC list.
