Give me some hope! :)

Hi this is my first post,

I have read countless threads just like this one and I apologize if this wastes your time! Anyway, I was wondering what my chances would be if I were to apply to the following schools:
-Boston College
-Boston University
-Tufts
-Northeastern
-UVA
-Virginia Tech
- and finally my REACHHHHHH UPENN

Stats:
-just under 3.8 gpa by end of this year in a school where a 4.4 is ridiculous and should put you at the top of your class
-AP History and AP English Junior year
-AP Spanish AP English AP Gov senior year
-1960 on first SAT but I retook it on May 3rd and think I did MUCH better

-Varsity crew since freshman year
-Captain of the crew team (We just qualified for nationals at states!!)
-Vice President of DECA the past two years (the largest club in my school)
Hopefully President next year but not sure yet
-Awarded "Best Marketing Student" last year which is an award handed out by the marketing department
-Month Long community service trip to Argentina last summer
-a couple other community service things like an annual gift delivery thing every Christmas and teaching English to students learning the language
-DECA Competitions every year
-Member of FBLA
-Will have job experience by the time I apply
-A lot of summer stuff like camps ect.
-play guitar in my free time
-basically fluent in spanish
-half Argentinian and 1/4 Korean so not sure what to put for race...
-Stepdad graduated from wharton so Maybe legacy at Penn not sure about that either.
-I know I have a couple of GREAT letters of recommendation for when I apply (not sure how much this matters)
-My grades show an obvious upward trend: freshman 3.5 Soph 3.8 Junior 3.93

alright well there you have it! Sorry for the long post but hopefully you can tell me if I have any chance at any of those schools. If not, hopefully you can suggest some!

Thanks again

I think you have good chance/not much problem at BU, VTech, NE. but if penn is your 1st choice, go for ED. ED admit rate is ~30%, RD is 11-13%. If for any reason (luck) you get deferred, send in letter, call, so that you can be cleared.
