Give me some ideas...

Ok guys, I need to some ideas. I decided to start two bussines, a web design company and a cafe of some sort. I have amassed a group of able web designers who are more than able to handle the daily needs to web designing. And I have talked with a few interested sponosers for the cafe. And I have a little capital for the cafe.

So here are my troubles,
1) What would be the best way to advertise for my web design bussiness? I have done a few accounts but not many. I need more. I send out a group of emails through the local chamber commerice listing but did not get any replies.

2) Is there any legal process invovled with my bussiness. I am a minor so does the SBA regluate me differently.

3) What kind of cafe would be in the stlye these days. I will have about $4000-$10,000 in investments. My parents are well connected so I will get more if needed. I was thinking about a European style Bistro. I live in a campus town and there are not a whole lot of location open. But I am looking into renting a property not too far away from the main campus.

4) Any other thoughts would be awesome.

Thanks A Lot

WOW..ummm...are CCers even qualified to answer these questions?

Parent cafe, maybe?

Any thoughts???

Come on, guys, just say something...

Thanks a bunch

Wow. I feel so poor, but anyways, I agree, post this in the parent cafe. :) And good luck with that stuff!

BTW it's business, not bussines.

Wow....celebrian you aren't the only one.

The definition of a minor is someone who isn't a legal adult, which basically means that you can't enter into legal agreements (like renting a property, or owning a business, etc.) Your parents could own it and you could run it, but it may pose problems.

I'd like to commend you on your entrepreneurship...good luck!
