Make an attachment....be sure to put your identifiers on the form but you can just attach the file........

Or you can mail admissions a seperate page of explanations (that's what I remember doing)

oh so there will be a place to attach forms?

Many colleges have clearly said that email and email with attachment are not allowed

Why do you need more space to discuss your ECs than the form supplies?
You should distinguish what you CAN (technologically) do to submit extra information and what you SHOULD (strategically) do to have the most impact. More paper doesnt always help, which is why the application process often discourages it.

How does the additional information you want to submit add to your application?
Does it merely expand on it, or does it add a whole new dimension that will really grab the attention of the adcom?
Can/will it be covered elsewhere such as in your essays or recommendations?

Take a look at some of the books on application writing Michele Hernandez is one author that comes to mind, but there are others. And a savvy college counselor can also advise on what might help and what might be neutral or even counterproductive.
