I guess we should all be glad CW is not this weekend with the blizzard. Heres hoping that the next 3 weekends will bring good weather. For all those in New England stay safe.

Yes, I was thinking the exact same thoughts!

I was just talking to my D about that. THank goodness!!

Their project could have been to design snow moving equipment, or something that could transport heavy objects on snow.

^ love that operadad! :)

Based on Olin parking lot photos… they are in need of a magic snow transport machine ;)

Ha Ha. Snow is impacting my D getting to CW2, and might imact her leaving Boston.

Good luck to your daughter OperaDad! My D went to last weekend’s CW, and travel was ok, but it did snow on Sat - which was a good experience since we are from a no-snow area! BTW, she loved it (snow and Olin!)
Cheers!

Our flight is delayed too, but that is why we had decided to fly on Thursday. Good luck to everyone else attempting to head to Needham!

Good luck to everyone and safe travels!

Good luck to all this weekend. My son was there last weekend and loved it.

Good luck to everyone traveling this weekend. D loved every minute of CW1 last weekend.

Not sure why incoming travel is affected. Today was wonderful, clear and sunny and basically Friday is supposed to be as well. The weekend, not so much.

Sending happy thoughts to all the CW2 families… and CW1/CW3 too ;)

I was at Olin for CW1 and it was AMAZING! I’m so glad it snowed – I’m from CT so it’s nothing new, but one of my team members was from Hawaii and we showed him how to make a snowman. We also had a snowball fight between our group exercise and our interviews. It was such a wonderful experience!

If a plane can’t take off for Boston, then it will affect traffic incomming to Boston.

Tip: Take an early morning flight. Odds are, the plane arrived the day before. If they have to make schedule changes, the overnight gives them time to catch up.

My D’s original flight was suppost to originate from Denver, and overnight in Indianpolis before leaving from Chicago. Due to the storm (flights were not leaving from Denver), the incomming flight was changed to one from Minneapolis.
