<p>Decent article, but they got one key thing wrong: the pavilion is not a coffee shop. It has a coffee shop in it, but I have spent a great amount of time in the pavilion and have never bought a cup of coffee. The Rice Coffeehouse is my primary supplier of beverages of the caffeinated variety; it is completely student-run and serves organic, fair-trade, locally roasted coffee.</p>
<p>That said, I really do like the pavilion. It is a great central meeting spot on campus, and it’s nice to enjoy the natural light. The coffeehouse is a separate issue.</p>
