glitch in "testing: tests taken" section of CA?!

<p>I'm not an international student, but the CA site is marking the following question as required. I have no idea how/if to answer — is this a glitch or am I messing something up? The CA site will not allow the section to be marked "complete" without an answer.</p>

<p>Please help asap, I'm kind of freaking out!</p>

<p>In the Common Application Help section, they provided guidance on this question: even for US high school students, you will have to answer. And the answer in most cases would be ‘no’ for the US student.</p>
