Your tech team must have a to do list that is a mile long…with all.the things you have reported to them.
I am not impressed with the vendor who is providing this service to CC. Slow to respond, and issues keep re-occurring.
Then there are the priority items…for example, it has been a priority to get a mobile application for over 1 1/2 years.
Also blank pages and plural error here. Thought it was my internet but this is the only site I’m having issues with.
I only got one random 503 error, ignored it and it went away. (I either refreshed or back paged.) But I’m also getting the white pages, on cell and laptop, have been for several days. Again, refresh and I’m, where I should be.
At random, if I click a page, I also get sent to the right page, wrong format (don’t know how to describe- it’s typed info, as opposed to the usual format. Don’t recall seeing “plural.”)
And in the middle of typing (at random,) the black box message,“There was an error performing your request. Please try again.” All I was doing was typing.
Or the inability to submit a post until I try several times.
I do wish there was some way to flag to members that something is going on, so we aren’t all reinventing the wheel, so to say, trying to figure out if it’s CC or our home equipment. I found this thread by accident (and yes, got a white page after clicking.) I still have the “updates” thread bookmarked, but new issues seem to get new threads.
Question- is this by any chance a regional issue? A few of us are in New England, don’t know about others.

I know the text you’re referring to. For me that only happens on mobile. I’m also not sure how to describe it but it’s like something has gone seriously wrong with the programming.
Ok…went to CC. First time got message “an error occurred. Try logging in again”
So I tried again…and got that blank white page.
The third time, I got into the site.

Lots of errors when trying to move to the next page of some threads.
Seems to be working better for me today. No blank pages as of yet, and I just tried clicking through several pages on different threads.
Still many problems here. The screenshot up there from me is from today.
Still on mobile, right? I should have mentioned I was on PC.
However, I see your screen shot now and almost seems like the style sheet has either disappeared or has become severely compromised.

And yes, that was on the phone. It’s happened to me several times over the last year but normally I refresh and it goes away. This time though it’s been every three to four page loads.
Perhaps we need an entomologist. So many bugs!
@CCadmin_Sorin: I wonder if all of this odd behavior has the same root cause. I’m sure this thread would be a good reference for the vendor.
@Lenitus the vendor doesn’t give two hoots about this site. If the vendor cared, these issues would not be happening.
UPDATE: the vendor has announced an update has been deployed to fix these issues. Please let us know if you still experience any problems/weird behavior when exploring the site. Thank you all for bearing with us!
