Global Leadership Skills--Summit--Did anyone see this?

This looks interesting. I saw the “Summit” program described on the Agnes Scott web page, but this press release looks at it from the strategic angle of the school itself. Any thoughts?

To me this sounds promising, in that one reason this family may choose a women’s college is for the leadership skills they tend to teach. Summit at least on paper sounds like it’s attempting to do this but on a more purposeful level.

I thought the article was very interesting, especially as someone who works on strategic planning. I think its about re-imaging, and making the case for the relevancy of a liberal arts education for the 21st c. D will be attending ASC in the Fall, and its on the list for D2 as well.

Thanks for letting me know
