Let’s suppose there is a Civ Eng student who intended to live and work abroad after graduation. Either in Europe, Australia or Brazil.
What would be the challenges he’d likely face? What would be his advantages? How would you prepare? Fluency in the languages would not be a problem. 
Your degree would be fine, but each of these countries have their own accreditation and/or licensing process (as well as rules around Foreign workers). You’ll need to do some research.
It shouldn’t be an issue, it’s hard for companies to find people who seriously want to travel I had an offer from Bechtel to get sent over to Australia or Malaysia to work on some LNG projects but turned it down because I didn’t want to leave the states. If you do well in school and are open to travel, you’ll find some opportunities. .
