What foods are gluten free?

Lots of things you would be surprised

Can u tell me some.

I mean they make gluten free stuff like they make lactose stuff. MY aunt has some thing where she cant do gluten we buy different rice, brownies, cake, i mean its sorta endless. She had a s’more tonight.

^ I know, my cousin can’t eat gluten either, and I want to do it too so I know they make lots of special gluten free foods but I’m asking just in general what foods originally contain no gluten??

I don’t really know I believe it has to be listed on the back of the box or something. If you have doubts about something having gluten have your cousin try it out if he gets sick dont eat it ;)

I’m really just asking for a list of foods without gluten. I know the obvious ones like rice, meat, fruits, vegetables, etc., but I’m wondering about which processed foods are allowed. I’ve heard certain types of cereal are gluten free, as is licorice and marshmallows. These definitely aren’t so obvious. Can anyone provide me with this info please?

(specifically Chex)

Your welcome took me a solid 15 seconds to look up…[Gluten-Free InfoWeb - gluten-free food lists, gluten-free diet info, food manufacturer’s addresses](http://www.glutenfreeinfo.com/)

This isn’t what I was looking for

It has every possible gluten free food (im presuming you hit the redirect to go to the main site and then on the top left you hit food list) … what do you want ill find it

I know Fritos, 3 Muskateers, Skittles, and Diet Dr Pepper.

Foods that have gluten free on the box :D

Seriously though: fruits and veggies of course. The thing with most stuff, it has wheat in it, which is basically gluten.
