If super-high quality students will even struggle to find access to these elite boarding schools? Then what kind of candidates are these best of the best BS looking for?

Is there some sort of political involvement? Or, could it be pure luck depending on the admission officer(s) who look at the application (Or, do the teachers preview them?)

From your perspective how does failure to gain acceptance and having to apply to lower ranked schools play into these students lives?

It seems that you imply that the focus is more on performance rather than a zeal for learning. At what point do you think students (and parents) will acknowledge that this perhaps should change? Or, no?

In what way do you think BS affected your S1 and S2, academically, and personally? Do you think he would select to pursue secondary academics differently of he could start over?

Do you think that the reasons why there are many rejections that seem random and unexplainable is that the founders or the implicit mission of the elite BS is only for those with premium resources? Or, and alternatively, that they wanted students to consider fit, as opposed to following the trend?

Your last comment be careful what you wish for Do you think many of these students apply to BS with the fitting motivation? If so, how could we define this fitting motivation?

Thanks!
