does Uni of Virginia have a very good biology program? and do they have a high acceptance rate for students being accepted into medical school? what do most of the school's alumni go into after graduating?

This is a very vague question. UVA's biology department is strong enough that you'll be able to do whatever you want as a major within it. You don't need to major in biology to get into medical school. Alumni from UVA do all kinds of things, such as banking, consulting, journalism, marketing, graduate school, law school, etc.

UVA has a very excellent bio program. You would be able to go to any grad school or med school in the country if you do well in a bio major there.
