Go-to Guide for SAT II Study Books

I did a couple searches for this and didn't come up with anything too comprehensive. It would be great to have this as a resource. What are the best books for studying for each SAT II?

English Literature:

US History:
World History:

Math I:
Math II:

Biology E:
Biology M:
Chemistry:
Physics:

French:
Spanish:
Chinese:
German:
Latin:
Modern Hebrew:
Italian:
Japanese:
Korean:

Regarding languages, I am not quite sure how many of these have official study guides but I'm sure people have found general books that have assisted them with the basics of these languages.

Please contribute to as many of these fields as you feel knowledgeable about. I plan on compiling my list after I take my next couple subject tests since I don’t feel that I know too much about them yet.

Do not buy pr for world history.

Math II-Official CB Book. (Barron’s/Princeton if you’re not very proficient at math)
Physics-I used Kaplan’s and got a 760 in a relatively short amount of time, but I wouldn’t say the Kaplan’s book was too good. I couldn’t find Princeton or Barron’s at my local bookstores, ask other CCers.
