Go to Ivy??

I have no chance to go to Ivy now. I want to know how many students could go to Ivy school in graduate from Maryland College park( Or from other universities). How could I know?

To apply for graduate Ivy school. What is the most important thing?

GPA
Recommendation letters, for business school, GMATs, law school, LSATs, and med school, MCATs…

Plenty of people have gotten into great graduate programs from lesser known undergraduate college backgrounds. Make sure you keep up a high GPA bolstered by high scores on your GRE and maintain stand-out extracurriculars.

UMCP is not a “lesser known” school. CC makes you think that Ivy = everything. Stay off this site and enjoy school.

my dad went there and he was the first ever admitted to Stanford Law school and one of the few to Harvard. Its rare, but if you work hard you can do it.

U Maryland College Park is an excellent school. Study hard and do well on the GREs. You have a good chance at an Ivy for grad school. What do you want to study? Are you a Maryland resident?

That’s a common misconception about grad schools. Applying to Grad school is very different from Undergrad, they don’t care about anything you did EC wise if it did not have to do with your field. So instead, look for research opportunities and internships. Getting a paper or two published is also very good.
