<p>^ Cut him some slack. He got a s.h.it.ty (and pardon this, but I'm just being straightforward - except of course, Math, GREAT JOB on that :)) SAT score and he just needs some consolation.</p>

<p>LOL, I'm like the polar opposite of the original poster-- I got 800 CR, 640 Math, 760 Writing</p>

<p>I'm Asian, born in America, but my parents taught me their foreign language for the first 2-3 years and then realized that they had to teach me English for school. And your first 2-3 years are very crucial for language, so now I speak very unclearly and got 560CR and 670M(fairly close to 700). </p>

<p>Still, there are Asians that get good scores in both sections, so that's what motivates me. I had 670 W, but in my opinion, Writing is just like Math in that there's only one right answer that is figured out through figuring out the problem.</p>
