Going back to college after a bad first year

So, my first year of college I performed poorly. I was worried more about having a full-time social life then what I was supposed to be going to college for. I started skipping classes which led to me failing every one of them.

Then I got lucky and my financial aid gave me a second chance by allowing me to stay in school and make up by taking my classes over again and passing them. I was doing great for a month and a half when old habits started kicking in. I withdrew from school and went home to some very disappointed parents and was told how immature I was and that I had already destroyed my life. They were right, I was very immature and I regret what I did more than anything.

I started college at 18 and dropped out at 18. I turn 20 next month and I have absolutely nothing to show for it and more than ever wish I hadn't made the mistakes I did.

What's worse is when I withdrew from school it violated my contract and they slapped a $2000 bill on me that I have to pay for before I can get my VERY BAD transcripts to go back to school.

The school I attended was the Tech branch of OSU (Oklahoma) and is a 2 year associates college.

So I guess my real question is after I pay them off, where will I go? Would they give me a third chance and let me come back to make up my grades or will I need to find a new school. Would any other school accept me with such a transcript or am I sore out of luck. Will my financial aid ever come back or will I have to work to pay for school (which would take a very long time).

I really need some advice, and I know I'm an idiot for putting myself in this position but I really want to fix it and go back to school.

The best place to start is with the GC at the OSU branch. They can tell you what it would take to get back in and some alternatives.
