Graduated high school with a 3.0, accepted into a couple state universities. Went to one for 1 semester and failed half my classes. Moved to australia with my family because of a job offer for my mother (shes a doctor). There was a massive flood that took everything we had financially within weeks of arriving. We were forced to move back to the states with a really depressed state of mind and I attended community colleges (2) for about 2 years like a zombie getting D's, and C's and mostly F's. I was not motivated and never had a good feeling about life anymore. Im 23 and I have now realized that if I want a family, a good life, anything in this world I need to first be somebody, have a title, and all that calls for me to go back to school. I believe right now I am more motivated then ever. My question, with my terrible history of college is it possible for me to attend a new cc, stay focused and ace 4 semesters (2 years) and proceed to apply to a state or a uc? When they see my record will they see the change? Im sure they will wonder why a 2-3 year record of C's and F's is followed by 2 years of mostly all A's. Will they be generous towards that and give me a shot?
