<p>Hi, so I go to a very small, all women's college and I absolutely hate it. I hate the school, and my roommate and I don't get along especially well. We tolerate one another, but she has her boyfriend down fairly often, which leads to me being sexiled. Most people also leave for the weekend. I have stayed for weekends, but I don't find myself doing much more than sitting in my room, alone. My roommate and her friends also go out to party and drink, neither which are my definition of a good time. I am really close to my family and siblings at home, and the weekends are so much fun at home, they help me to keep my sanity. Do you think it is bad for me to go home nearly every weekend? I am only about 45 minutes to an hour from home, and I have already started the transferring process. Thank you.</p>
<p>I would go home if I were you. It doesn’t really matter because its your house, so don’t be embarrassed.</p>

<p>If you feel more comfortable going home, then go. Nothing wrong with it. I used to go home every weekend last year also, but since my mother no longer lives close by, I can’t. :)</p>
<p>Nothing wrong with going back home, if that’s where your kind of people are. Heck, about 3/4 of my friends go back home every weekend, and that’s a 3-4 hour drive. </p>
