Going in blind for Roommate Assignment?

If you go in blind for a roommate, (which I have heard 60% of freshman do), then how is Emory Housing with matching you to somebody (someone compatible to you)? Does the housing form have a questionnaire, which matches you accordingly? If it does, then how is Emory with matching you with someone? Good most of the time? Bad? Terrible?

Anyone who knows anything about it, do you mind sharing your thoughts? Thanks :)

excellent decision.
my freshman roommate was awesome and the people you meet as a frosh will be your friends for hte next 4 years.

keep in mind that most people dont know anyone else when coming to Emory. so be outgoing because if youre not, life is hard.

I briefly saw the roommate questionaire that my son filled out (he is also going for the random roommate). It asked lots of questions like where you like to study (room or library) and if you can sleep with the lights on or not and whether or not noise bothers you.
It seemed like they ask the right kinds of questions to adequately match you up.
