Going in the right direction for Dartmouth ED?

Yes, I know even the most qualified can and often do get rejected, but I’m wondering if there is anything I can do that can increase my chances (such as whether I should focus more on SAT or ACT) for Dartmouth ED or in general. I still have a bit of time before I apply (Current HS Junior). I know that no matter what, I need an amazing essay but I just want to know if there’s anything else I need to do before I get to that point. Thank you!

Additional Info:
Diagnosed with clinical depression and general anxiety disorder that was extremely bad my sophomore year and caused a dip in my grades. Only 2 A-'s I’ve ever gotten were from that year.

Try taking the SAT again; your M and W scores seem to be a bit low for the Dartmouth accepted average. However, you are taking great classes and have a really impressive GPA.

Thank you! I’ve been consistently studying since my last SAT (over a year ago) so hopefully it makes a difference
