Going over the Unit Max

I'd like to double with History and Global Studies and minor in Public Affairs.

I am definitely going over the unit max by approx. 20ish units. Will it be difficult to get approved to exceed the unit max?

It depends on the counselor you go and if you can prove you can graduate in 4 years and blah blah. Not impossible.

It is possible without going over the unit max I think. Well at the very least I think you can graduate with that majors/minor combination within 4 years. History and GS overlap in some electives right? ><

waste of time, don’t do it.

Going over the unit max by 20 units? So you’re trying to take close to 40 units? If you’re trying to take 40, theres pretty much no way that will get approved

I have 20 units for the coming winter quarter, how can I get this approved? Can someone tell me about the process? Also, when can I actually get the class? Is it when we start school?

JinSoul, just go to Murphy Hall, talk to the people at the window on A-316, and explain why you need to take 20 units. They should approve you right then and there.
