Going to 3 high schools hurt my chances?

My scores/ECs/rank are all fine (2390/1600 on my SAT), I have a decent essay and great teacher/counselor recs. But I've attended three different high schools in the past four years - my parents pulled me out of public school in the middle of my freshman year and transferred me to a small Christian school, and switched me to a larger Catholic school at the beginning of my sophomore year. I've done well at the school (I'm 3rd in my class, lead various clubs and organizations, taking the hardest classes available, etc.), but how much will the 3 different schools thing affect my chances at colleges like Yale, Columbia, and Cornell?

If there was a bad reason you were pulled out like you kept getting in trouble then yes that would be a prob. But this is not. Especially because you have adapted so well within these three schools, they may look at that as you passing a challenge
