Going to a great school (like NYU)?

NYU is my dream school. I like that it has ethnic diversity, a vast variety of programs to choose from and is in an interesting city. I need help finding out if I even have a shot at getting admitted to this school.

Senior year I'm planning to take:
AP English
AP Gov.
AP Calc. or AP Stats.
Fashion Design
Art 2

I might join a sport or more clubs senior year & do community service.

Extracurricular:
9th & 10th grade I was in a Christian club for a short time. 11th grade, I was in another Christian club during 2nd semester. My chemistry teacher asked me to be president of the club since he said I influenced the start of the club. I plan on doing so senior year. I also participated in a District Art Fair & my artwork was featured. Other than that I haven't had anything else.

My weighted GPA is 4.07, unweighted is about 3.70? My class rank is 32 out of 672.

I plan to take my SATs again as I received:
Reading: 540
Math: 520
Writing: 480
Composite Score: 1540
(pretty okay for someone who didn't study lol)

I'm interested in business, studio art, photography. I'm not really sure what I want to major in yet.

What are my chances of getting accepted based on what I've done & also what I'm going to do? What should I do to increase my chances? If my chances are slim, what other universities do you suggest I look at?

The C’s will hurt. The SAT score is also too low for NYU. If you want to stay in NY look at the SUNY’s
