Going to Be Junior - Chances so far

Hi! This is my first time using this so here I go.
I'm a sophomore girl going to be a junior next fall
*class of 2013
Summer:

Summer:
ROP Java (apparently my teacher said something about California considering it as an honors course that summer)- A

Sophomore:
English (H) - A-/B
Algebra 2 (H) - A/A
French 2 - A/A
Physics - A/A
AP Computer Science - A/A
Fit for Life (it's physical education) - A/A-

Summer:

Junior Year Schedule:
AP English Language
AP Statistics
AP Chemistry
French 3
Pre Calc/Calc A (H)
US History (H)

My school API score is 876 and is ranked in the top 50 schools of California
*My AP score hasn't come for computer science yet but I'm thinking I scored around 4
I'll aim for all 5's next year for sure. :]

Extracurricular:
-Volunteering at LA Arboretum
-Destination Imagination
-Leo Club
(My fear is that I don't have a lot of extra curricular activities and it's really hard to make it into any teams in my school. Also I don't have any leadership :/)
Extracurriculars that I'm planning to add into my next year schedule are:
-Robotics club
-French club

I don't know if this really matters but in elementary school I entered these 2 drawing related contests both sponsored by Los Angeles County and got 1st out of thousands of children who entered for my grade level and was in the top 10 for the other art contest.
(Should I include this in my college essay?)

I haven't taken the SAT or ACT yet (probably sticking with ACT) but I'll try my best :]
So assuming I have a score above 2100 what are my chances of getting into Caltech, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, and Stanford? I am pursuing a computer science major.
Also any suggestions to improve my chances?

Oh and GPA unweighted is 3.86
Weighted: 4.0
Up until Sophomore year if that helps

SHOOT sorry im like triple posting >< unweighted is 3.93
my bad
