Hi guys. I'm planning to go to Berkeley for EECS and then go to grad school. I've been hearing how hard it is to go to grad school from Berkeley due to the competition and grade deflation. Do you guys think it would be wiser to go to Cornell if I plan to go to a school like MIT for a PhD.?

yes because cornell's engineering is easy and has inflated grades, unlike berkeley

(sarcasm)

Getting into top graduate school programs from any school is difficult. If you think that you would do better at Cornell than Berkeley, then go there.

Isn't Cornell supposed to be "easy to get in, hard to get out"?

or in other words, "'the only campus where you walk up a 45 degree incline in 45 degree weather to get a 45% on a test."

haha, I would love to visit Cornell
