My classes will be starting this coming Monday and want to know how it will be. Im taking Dynamics, Physics 2, Mechanics of Material, Applied math for MAE, and Sociology. I know its tougher then previous year, but I want to know what I should expect in the coming semester as well as coming year when I take all the major courses. Which year is the hardest in your experience. I really love engineering b/c im more of hands on guy and think technically. But so far, I really haven't done much anything else other then writing equations and working out problems. When does the real engineering begin? I worked my hardest last year, Im assuming every year it'll get tougher.

Physics shouldn’t be too bad. I’m guessing you’re taking differential equations for math. DE and Dynamics can be a little rough but both of them really teach you to take a problem break it down into pieces and solve it step by step. If you can get that down you’ve pretty much cracked both those classes. The important thing is to just solve as many problems for each of those as you can.

I have already completed diff eq. over the summer. It wasn’t bad at all.
