Going to transfer, what are my chances?

I am going to my second year in a CCC and I am going to apply as a junior transfer, but I am not sure if they are out of my reach.

Here are the colleges that I am going to apply for:
Cornell
Brown
Rice
Vanderbilt
Notre Dame
Emory
Georgetown
USC

I am gonna apply as regular econ, or something similar to that but not business econ. I currently have a 3.95 GPA. I will have over 90 units before transferring. I will also receive 2 AA degrees in Math and Social & Behavioral Science before I transfer.

I am involved in various things in college. I am the Finance Senator in the student government, and also honors program, honors societies like Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Gamma Sigma. I also did some research on sociology and economics and got 2nd place in a research conference.

One thing I worry about is my test score. I have never taken any SAT or ACT, so I don't know if they require them. If they do, what kind of score do I need?

What do you guys think about my chances? Please feel free to leave any comments and suggestions. Thanks a lot.

Many higher-level schools require SAT/ACT scores in any level of admission, whether it’s as a freshman or a transfer. Looking at your list, I would say it would be a safer bet to sign up to take an SAT/ACT as soon as possible.

I think it is harder going in as a junior transfer, because major requirements do vary from school to school and top schools are reluctant to accept your credits for their higher-level courses. For example, going in a sophomore transfer, I had about nine credits flat-out rejected, and sixteen accepted as classes in a lower level than what I took them at. I have to re-take those classes for my major, and that’s just life. But it’s also expensive.

I think, considering your GPA, your chances are not bad, but keep in mind that transfer acceptance rates are cringe-worthy low.
