<p>I am going to take a tour to UCSD. I live in San Francisco Bay Area (SFBA), and just want to know how to go to UCSD from SFBA ;</p>
<li> by driving , and how long ?</li>
<li> If not by driving, any public transport I could consider ?</li>
<li> Any domestic air flight from SF to San Diego ?</li>

<p>Also, any one knows if there are motels around UCSD so that I may consider staying overnight. </p>

<p>jetblue or american will have decent flights. driving would be like 8-10 hours. and trust me, you will not like the bus it is smelly, loud, and unpleasant unless you like being bussick, annoyed, and on your edge for a full day. there are hotels like the hotel del coronado or motels like best western depends what you want to do. i would try <a href="http://www.expedia.com%5B/url%5D">www.expedia.com</a></p>
