Does anyone transfer to CSU missing one of golden 4 classes?
The completion of the Golden 4 is a minimum CSU transfer requirement so I would say no. You can contact your target schools to confirm.
probably not - though the non-impacted campuses are sometimes less picky about ‘requirements’ - your target school is the best source for the info.
