Golden Globes!

Okay I luv watching Awards Shows...don't care so much about all the movies/shows nominated (except this year Desperate Housewives deserves all the success it can get! haha) i just pay more attention to what stars are wearing etc...

Anyone else watching?!

2 WORDS: Leonardo DiCaprio. He owns the freakin GGA's. I swear I will beat the **** out of anything and everything I see if he doesn't win!!

yess
I can't decide on Natalie's dress, though. She looked little...young? Is that a good way to describe it? Hmm...I don't know.

Emmy Rossum (the girl from Day After Tomorrow, Mystic River) is nominated for Phantom of the Oprea, which i haven't seen yet, but a whole bunch of my friends are obsessed w/ it and have seen it multiple times.

Anyways, she probably won't win, and I don't know that much else about her, but i thought she looked absolutely STUNNING! her dress, jewelry, everything was perfect!

I haven't seen Leo yet!!!

Emmy is a very pretty actress

I am really ticked off at Finding Neverland's lack of success. That was freaking awesome.

Everyone managed to look absolutely amazing tonight LoL. There was no major "EW what was he/she thinking?!" moments
* Nicole Kidman (don't really like her as a person, but she's a great actress and always is well dressed)
* Mischa Barton- she looked soooo classy, glamorous, and elegant, definitely not like an "OC" girl --she's Perfect!
* Emmy Rossum- the dress fit her well, and she looked stunning
* Orlando Bloom- he's just uber hot LoL
* Leo DiCaprio- very, VERY handsome
* Charlize Theron- at first i didn't like that she went brunette, but she still looked great
* Halle Berry- has she EVER been badly dressed? i think not.

*Natalie Portman-iher outfit was extremely dissappointing. her style in general is, but she can be SOOO glam if she wanted to be. anyways, i'm very excited she won Best Supporting Actress...

Why should we care about hollywood like they are extraordinary people who deserve to be followed every second of the day? They act. Congratulations. There are millions of musicians who are equal to or more talented than those actors and they go starving because they cant get a gig.

People wear nice dresses. Congratulations. It's not worth something getting giddy over.

thank you jaug1 this is totally lame.

hey, you have a right to your opinion. i personally am very interested in fashion and have every right to pay attention to what they are wearing. in terms of worshipping celebrities? I'd get more "starstruck" if i saw Condi Rice walking down the street than any movie star.

but goodness if it bothers you that much then just don't take part in the discussion. must everything turn into some debate? i even stopped participating in the political boards becuase it's so pointless to just spend all you're time being bitter and argue online.

LoL but obviously taht's waht people like you enjoy doing, so go on and waste your time caring about me being into the Golden Globes.

Rolleyes

the robin williams award was definitely well deserved. he's beyond awesome.

i almost cried when jamie foxx got a bit choked up toward the end of his speech... it kinda hit you emotionally, yet powerfully. but i''m very happy for him. he probably valued his success more than anyone else there.

natalie's dress was one of my favorites. and how daring for her to actually cover up a little! =0

I didn't think Nathalie's outfit was anything special - it had a twenties vibe to it though, especially with her curls. Nicole Kidman's dress was abosolutely gorgeous, the cut and that color! I liked Emily Rossum's too though her pale skin tone doesn't complement the white gown. Nobody wears anything interesting anymore. Remember Bjork's infamous swan dress?
