<p>It will depend on your college. Each college has different policies. At my school, you’re not supposed to have fish, but some people sneak them in anyway. Heck, we’re not even allowed to have betas or goldfish, but I know of some people who managed to sneak in piranhas!</p>
<p>However, if you are breaking the rules, be careful. Make sure that the consequences won’t be too drastic if you happen to get caught. It’s not worth getting kicked out of university housing and having to find your own apartment just so you could have a pet fish.</p>
