golf

Ok this seems knda random but hey i'm going with it. My parents would like me to try out for the women's golf team as a walk on. I think i have no chance can someone give me some details like if they are any good and what their high scores are on average? I would rather not make a fool of myself lol

You should be able to get that information from the news on this page: http://iuhoosiers.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/ind-w-golf-body.html

ok thanks. i'm not sure whats going to happen but thanks

you have to shoot in the mid 70s for the girls team.
I am thinking about trying out for the guys team but prob. not goin to happen.

the best round of my life I shot in the mid 70s, so I'm not really gonna bother trying out for the guys team.

exactly what i was saying i don't shoot low seventies lol i don't wanna be 20 strokes higher than everyone lol

There is some intramural golf too - the Golf Classic http://www.iurecsports.org/sports_schedule. Maybe you'd be more competitive at that level?

I think there is a golf association of some sort too. It is listed on the clubs and activities page.

intramural would be much more fun. i couldn't do 3 or 4 days in a row of 18 hole rounds lol

Does anyone know if there's an annual pass for the Indiana University Golf Course? Also, is there a place where golfers can play during the winter? I've heard that the IU varsity golf athletes have an indoor facility but I doubt that the public can have access to it. Thanks.
