UTA actually stands for UT Arlington. But I am assuming you want a banner from UT Austin. Gone to Texas banners are sent to freshman and transfer students by the admissions office. I don’t know if graduate students get them. You can try calling admissions and beg! Good luck and congrats on getting into your doctoral program! No easy feat!
