I have been looking at UW and Gonzaga, and can NOT decide. I don't care about the size of the school but i def. want a night life. Also, which school would you say has better academic standing?
P.S. tuition cost isnt an issue (i have the GI bill) but room & board is coming out of MY pocket. Does either one offer significant amounts of grants for non-tuition purposes?

I would say that most people in the country have never even heard of Gonzaga, so I would definitely go with the University of Washington.

University of Washington is one of the higher ranked state flagship universites.

While it’s true that many on the eastern side of the country haven’t heard of Gonzaga, many on the west coast have…especially those who are familiar with the Jesuit schools and/or basketball.

As for rankings, it’s #3 for western schools.

Collegewoot…Does the GI bill cover private school tuition for all 4 years? If it does, that’s great…but check and make sure. :)

Wwhat will your major be?

However, re: “nightlife” at Gonzaga - a note from your parents: You’re supposed to be studying jk

Spokane is not a small city with a pop of over 200k, so it surely has things to do. The school is close to Downtown Spokane.

Will you get to visit, check out the nearby areas for off-campus student hangouts.
