Good Accounting Schools in CA?

I'm looking into majoring in accounting, but the problem is that bc of family situations and financial issues I can only apply to UCs. Which UCs (or calstates) have great accounting programs?

I know Berkeley has Haas and UCLA has Anderson, but can i apply directly into them as a first year or will I have to re-apply once I am admitted into the school?

Also, does UCSD have a business program that offers accounting for undergrads? I heard it just opened a Randall (??) School of Business, but is taht just for graduates?

Thanks in advance for any replies, I know this is a lot of questions compacted into one thread, but any help will be greatly appreciated (:

CPSU-SLO has accounting. I assume it's decent.

I think all the of the Big 4 recruit here.

CSU East Bay

As for Berkeley, Haas business school only admits students at the junior level.

CSUN has an impacted Accounting dept.

ucb, ucla, ucsb, uci, ucr, in that order

ucd and ucsc recieve attention from accounting firms, but i am not familiar with their accounting classes.
