Good ACT composite but a better SAT essay score

So I took both the SAT and ACT.

Super-scored SAT: 1960
CR 600 Math 650 Writing 710 (Essay 10)

ACT Composite: 30

English 33 Reading 30 Math 30 Science 27

Combined English/Writing 28(6 essay)

The essay for the ACT was about using GPS tracking on children. I feel that this writing score is really hurting my chances at elite colleges. But on the SAT I scored a 10 on both essays the two times I took the exam. I am a strong writer but the ACT topics don't help my creative writing. If I sent both scores will colleges realize that I am a strong writer since I scored high marks on the SAT essay? Which should I submit to colleges?

Thank you

bump 10 char

Woot! Same ACT same essay here buddy! Was indeed hard to pick a side.
The scores correspond to each other nearly perfectly, definitely send both. Also, if possible, definitely re-take one of them. You never know.
