Good books for AP French?

I tried looking through the first 5 or so pages of the stickied "Consolidated book suggestions ..." but nothing for AP French. Actually, I'd just really appreciate suggestions on good review books (not textbooks!) for French .. or any book that helps for Le Grand Concours (National French Exam).

Thank you!!

Always look at the first few pages and the last few pages of the thread. If you had, you would have found the actual consolidated list. Wow, that took a while to recompile, comparing it to the old and new lists.

In any case, you don't have many choices. To review for the AP itself, look at Barron's. Good speaking, listening, and reading comprehension sections. Writing is decent, look for old practice exams for more examples of that.

Une Fois Pour Toutes is an amazing grammar book, and it's quite good for reference too. The book is written in French, but by the time you take AP French, you should be able to read it.

Triangle is a decent book. I forgot the entire title, so look it up, but I looked at that initially for some reading comprehension practice and some writing topic ideas.

If I were you, I wouldn't look at REA. The layout of the book wasn't done very well, and the explanations were confusing. Barron's has a much better done review book; order that, and spend the time reading through it.
