what are good business Ecs that would look good on an app? especially to seem more competitive since I am aiming for reach schools.

I would recommend either DECA or BPA (Business Professionals of America) which are both very business-oriented extracurriculars.
If you find nothing else, it’s always a good idea to get a job, especially if it gives a view of how a business is managed. So for example, I know a kid who worked at a movie theater and then worked his way up to assistant manager.
