Maybe the rankings are wrong?
@TomSrOfBoston yeah idk but here is the link I’m referring to:
http://www.bloomberg.com/bschools/rankings/undergraduate_mba_profiles/tulane.html
@CTkid47 You can discount any undergraduate business ranking that doesn’t put UPenn Wharton at #1.
BYU, Michigan State, and University of Richmond would be low reaches for you.
TCU, Ohio State, Loyola University Maryland and Penn State would be high matches for you.
Someone already recommended Temple University, and I second that. The business school is underrated and they have a lot of great resources.
BARUCH COLLEGE, Syracuse University, James Madison University and Bryant University are matches.
Bloomberg Business Week heavily weights student surveys that are not necessarily indicative of the quality of the business school, just school spirit.
@quakerstake @Irreplaceable
What is a reliable source for business rankings then?
No rankings are “reliable”.
USNews is most commonly accepted as accurate. Research the schools though.
Would Clemson be a good fit? How about American, Elon, James Madison, University of Richmond, and Wake Forest (maybe a reach, but I think they might be test-optional now)?
@woogzmama Actually I am looking at Richmond and Wake Forest because assuming I improve my test scores to my estimate they wouldn’t be too far of a reach. Also, my brother goes to Elon. It’s a great, up-and-coming school that I am looking at as well, but the business program doesn’t quite match up with UR and WFU.
Oh and Wake Forest is test optional but I don’t believe Richmond is.
Include some of the well-known business schools-you have nothing to lose. Recommend my alma mater which has a separate undergrad business school (junior-senior level) w/ half a dozen suboptions. Also Franklin & Marshall, Babson.
