<p>Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and San Jose State University are probably the top CS choices in the lower priced CSU system. CPSLO is primarily a residential school; SJSU is probably about half residential and about half commuter. SJSU’s location in Silicon Valley makes it a good place to get recruited.
