What can you afford? Are you looking for West Coast schools or East Coast schools? Public or private?

drake university has a lot to offer in business and it is a really great all around school.
(if you are not afraid of cold winters)

Ocelite’s question about affordability is important. UMich, GT, Penn State and Illinois are OOS public Us which won’t offer any aid.

Bentley? Bryant?

USNWR #14 Undergraduate Business School (Fisher) located in #15 Largest City (Columbus) in the Nation + National Buckeye Scholarship for OOS Students = The Ohio State University @ Columbus, which is located roughly half-way between Chicago and New York City!!

Strong job placement throughout the Midwest and the East Coast with over half-million global living alumni connection!! lol

Best of Luck & Go Bucks!! :)

A 3.9/5.2 UW/W GPA is not top 10%? You’re either at a very competitive school or one with unrealistic grade inflation.

Normally, with the quality of UT-Austin’s BSchool I’d say it would be hard to justify going anywhere else given the cost jump. But being outside the top 8% makes UTAustin an unlikely admit - though i find that difficult to say given your profile, (You need some advice from your GC on this).

I agree with the first 5 of barrk123’s list along with:

Indiana (probably a pre-admit to the BSchool as well as an automatic scholarship, maybe as much as $11K/yr) [Automatic Academic Scholarships: Office of Scholarships: Indiana University Bloomington](<a href=“Future Scholars: Office of Scholarships: Indiana University Bloomington”>Future Scholars: Office of Scholarships: Indiana University Bloomington)

Emory
Richmond

You may also want to look at the many other posts similar to yours. This question gets asked a lot.

Money is not an issue. Also yes I go to a very competitive scholl of only 112 people I estimate im in the top 12-13%. The reason im not top 10 is because I took a couple high school classes in middle school and got B’s in them. Thanks for the replies.

“3.9 Unweighted
ACT-31”

It is absolutely ridiculous that someone with stats like these is not accepted to UTA because of some stupid rule.

^ Tell that to the TX legislature.

IN addition to baark’s list you can consider:
NYU
Notre Dame
UVa
Cornell
Emory
WashU(St. Louis)
Tulane
Fordham

And just so you know at UMichigan, most applicants do not get into the b-school directly - you have to apply after freshman year which makes it a bit of a risk.

Don’t worry he will be replaced by someone with a 2.9 gpa and a 20 act because that person went to a horrible school where a 3.2 gets you val

How about [Elgin business college](http://www.csinow.edu/) ?
