I'm a german, graduating in 2009 and I wondered if there are any colleges that have a (good) Criminology or Criminal Justice program and that offer financial assistance/scholarships to internationals?</p>
<p>I've heard that the University of Maryland (College Park) has a very good department of Criminology and Criminal Justice.</p>
<p>Look at Suny Albany, Michigan State, Washington State, Cal Irvine, Cincinnati and Penn State. All have very good programs. Unsure on financial aid though.</p>
<p>Northeastern, University of Maryland College Park, and some of the others mentioned. You would have to check each website, few of them will offer financial aid to international students.</p>
