Good CS programs that aren't too competitive

hey CC, I was wondering if there are any specific university/program in the U.S. that aren’t too competitive in admissions, yet provide a good program in CS and math.

Any of the top 500 or so US universities that offer CS should be perfectly fine. There isn’t that much to distinguish undergraduate CS programs.
