Good engineering schools where intls can get aid?

^Anyone know any good engineering schools that are friendly to internationals (where it's hard to get in and also get aid) meaning schools that aren't too competitive like MIT, Caltech, or Stanford?

Well, see everyone would like to take the pain to apply to an engg school where aid is available... since most of 'em apply, therefore the competition gets sverly tough(espcly with intls)
