Good engineering schools

Would u consider the following schools good for mechanical/aerospace engineering:

WPI
CASE
BU
UMASS AMHERST
U DELAWARE
SUNY BINGHAMPTON AND STONY BROOK

I don't think SBU has aerospace engineering, nor do I think Bing or SBU is even highly ranked for engineering let alone for mech/aero.

"Good" is such a relative term. The SUNY schools can be good or bad depending on where you're looking at them from.

I'm BME at BU and I know that this year they're merging the mechanical, aero, and manufacturing engineering departments into one. So if you wanted aero, you would really end up getting your degree in mech with a "concentration" in aerospace.

That's interesting. That's actually how my dad got his aero degree. He got a mechanical engineering degree with a concentration in aerospace engineering.

(He's a radiologist now. Go figure.)
